Rip is one of the more playful and cheerful members of Millennium's commanders, exhibiting a rather childish personality on most occasions. She is also vicious and ruthless when threatened or when she needs to be. She has Pale skin, freckles, blue eyes, indigo hair which is slicked back on the top with a curl sticking out with a few messy pieces of hair. She wears glasses and weilds a Flintlock musket.
